Disputes must first be emailed to hello@maszfita.com with 15 days allowed for resolution. Unresolved disputes proceed to binding arbitration in Palm Beach County, Florida.

SECTION 21 – CLASS ACTION WAIVER
You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits. All claims must be pursued
individually.
