Subscription Purchases

When you purchase a Maszfita product through a subscription, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method automatically at the price and delivery frequency shown when you subscribe.

Your subscription will continue and automatically renew until you cancel it.

Subscription prices, discounts, billing frequency, and estimated delivery schedules will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Managing Your Subscription

Depending on the options available in your customer account, you may be able to:

• Change your delivery date or frequency
• Skip an upcoming delivery
• Pause your subscription
• Change eligible products or quantities
• Update your payment or shipping information
• Cancel your subscription

You can manage your subscription through the subscription-management link provided in your customer account or subscription emails.

Canceling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time without a cancellation fee.

To prevent your next recurring charge, you must cancel your subscription before the next scheduled billing date shown in your subscription account.

Cancellation requests received after an order has already been charged may apply only to future subscription orders. We cannot guarantee cancellation of an order that has already been processed, packed, or shipped.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been charged.

Skipping or Pausing Deliveries

When available, you may skip an upcoming order or pause your subscription through your subscription-management page.

Any skip, pause, or scheduling change must be completed before the next scheduled billing date.

Changes submitted after a recurring charge has been processed may apply only to future orders.

A paused subscription will not be charged or shipped until it is resumed, subject to the functionality of our subscription service.

Subscription Charges

Your payment method will be charged automatically on each scheduled billing date.

Applicable product prices, subscription discounts, shipping charges, and taxes will be calculated for each recurring order.

Maszfita currently charges:

• $6 flat-rate standard shipping on orders of $30 or less
• Free standard shipping on orders over $30

Free-shipping eligibility is calculated after discounts and before applicable taxes.

Price or Subscription Changes

Subscription prices, discounts, products, and available delivery options may occasionally change.

When required, we will provide notice before a material change applies to a future subscription order.

Continuing the subscription after the effective date of the change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If a subscribed product becomes unavailable, we may delay or cancel the affected order and notify you. We will not substitute a materially different product without your authorization.

Failed Payments

If a subscription payment is unsuccessful, we or our payment provider may attempt to process the payment again.

We may contact you and ask you to update your payment information.

If payment cannot be completed after the permitted retry attempts, the affected order may not be processed, and the subscription may be paused or canceled.

Refunds, Returns, and Order Issues

Canceling your subscription stops future recurring orders but does not automatically create a refund for an order that has already been charged.

Refunds, returns, damaged products, missing items, incorrect products, lost packages, and other shipping or delivery issues are handled in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Customers should review the Shipping Policy for applicable notification deadlines, required photographs or documentation, shipping restrictions, and eligibility for a replacement, refund, or other resolution.

Because Maszfita sells food products, returns and refunds may be limited for reasons related to food safety, product condition, and applicable law.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Purchase Options Cancellation Policy occasionally to reflect changes in our subscription services, business operations, payment processing, or legal obligations.

Any revised version will become effective when posted on our website.
